Custom order, and some advice (please)

Here is the necklace that I made. 

(I didn't make the stamped piece)

The rest is mine. All sterling, pearl and green chalcedony.

I am very happy with it. 

I made a thicker 8 (16 gauge I think) that my daughter wants. :)  

Have to see what she wants hanging off of it.

Ok, advice time.

I have this fun piece but an not sure if it "works".  

I love the green girl studios robot and the other pewter pieces. 

My question is this:

Does it all work together? Does it work on the leather? What would you do differently?

Ok, while I have not been feeling very creative with the beads,

my photos have rocked! 

While I am still learning,

and probably will be forever,

I am loving these.

I have to catch you up.

First, we start with our little family outing to 

Virginia Beach.

Ah, the ocean, putt putt golf and Pocahontas Pancakes!

I was having fun with the ocean, feet and sand!

Now, on to Colorado where I was with my mom assisting and then we had our family 

reunion. (already planned before her stroke)

The 4th of July!

Back, sort of

Hi!

I am back, sort of.

My mom is doing really, really well! Phew.

My dad probably has 2-3 more weeks.

This is taking up much of my thought processes at the moment.

I did go and sit at my work table the other night,

but, nothing.

Nothing.

No creativity.

I am giving myself permission to be ok with that.

I have some beautiful, beautiful beads on my table.

Soon.

Radio Silence

Hello!

I am still here.

Things are a bit crazy at the moment. Dealing with family health issues all around! My mom had two small strokes. She is doing really well and will make a COMPLETE recovery! Best news ever.

My dad is is failing. Please say a prayer.

(My parents are divorced, just so you don't think it is totally crumbling around me)

I am traveling and have my camera. Have taken some great shots ~ did I remember my camera cord???? Nope! Oh well.

My sisters and their respective families will join my shortly as will my family for a family reunion!

I. Can't.Wait!

All of us together is the perfect Rx.
