I love this!
Black and White photos can be so very
striking. Evoking so many thoughts
and feelings.
My weeks are crazed, so when I get a chance to pick
up my camera, I love it. Although these moments
are few and brief.
When my son and hubby decided to build models together,
I immediately grabbed my camera.
And I just couldn't resist my fresh tulips!
I know that I am carrying on, but here are two more
of my favorite from last spring.
Sorry for all the photos, I love B&W and monochromatic.
Please hop on over Studio Sublime and see what
beautiful shots everyone is sharing.
Thank you Sally!
(I have to say, I can't wait to see what each week's prompt is!)
PS - if any of you can tell me why, when I shot in B/W, they came through
in color in LR when I edited them, that would rock.

So nice that your husband and son worked on models together and that you were able to capture it. Love the shot of the tulips and peonies, too.

The tulips are my favorite. So fresh and light. Have a great weekend!
What a great collection! I love the storytelling quality of the photos with your son and husband.
But I think my favorites are the tulips. Partially because they are one of m least favorite flowers and you make me see them in a new light. And partially because I just love the composition and the lines.
That tulip photo is a stunner .. absolutely gorgeous. I do love the photo of your husband and son working together. That will be a treasured photo.
Beautiful photos! Capturing a father-son moment, and those flowers are really wonderful! you get more depth somehow when you use black and white as the eye follows the lines!
You really have a good eye for the b/w photos - I love them!! I too look forward each week to the prompts from Sally. It really is so much fun, isn't it?!

No worries about all the photos. The flowers are really lovely and it's great that you captured your boys spending some time together as well.
